Update: Now I have 7 pair. They are starting to fade, especially the black ones which is OK I guess. I still wear them and actually they have become my daily "uniform".
I do have one important request of Carhartt... please start a blue option, blue like casual jeans... not too dark but not faded either, more like Cerulean Blue.
Nice comfortable loose fit. Ordered more in a different color because they fit so well on my tall medium built son. He loves them.
Maybe my sweater was just born big boned and hungry for thread. I'd vote go a size smaller, and after a wash it should be perfect.
