1. You have to assemble the handle, which was weird already, and it sticks up and looks very sloppy and out of place once you do.
2. The inside lining was so cheap it was almost like paper. I felt like it would rip if I touched it any more than I did.
Very sad as I am a huge Sailor Moonie, but am also in my thirties, so I was initially overjoyed to find a more grownup-looking bag I could take to work and still feel sophisticated with.
The adjustable shoulder strap was also a nice touch. It can be adjusted for people who has a long torso or someone who has a short torso. I have a short torso so this was a nice little feature.
Hopefully this bag doesnt fail my expectations with regards to durability though!
I did reach out to them and they said they'll talk to the production team and get back to me on it, but they never got back.
This product is not worth the hype at all.
Update:
I am changing my rating from 1 to 5 because of the customer service provided by them. My order did have an issue, but they did take at most care to rectify it at the earliest. I am yet to use the replacement product. I assume things will be smooth as they say about their product.

This purse comfortably fit two large water bottles, a small wallet, sunglasses, a DSLR camera with lens and many small purchases. The outside locking pockets were useful for cash, change, tickets or anything else that needs quick access. I was afraid the locks would be too cumbersome, but they are fairly easy to undo but will definitely not be easy for a thief to open.
The bag, while lightweight itself, can get heavy when full. Since the strap has a metal wire running through it, it did have a tendency to painfully dig into my shoulder.
The crossbody style leaves your arms open while still feeling secure. The strap is adjustable to fit tighter or looser on your body. The slim style can fit under a coat if the bag is not too full. The expanding water bottle compartments were lifesavers in the 100 degree heat and can accommodate large and small bottles with ease or could be used for an umbrella or sunglasses.
Backpacks were not allowed in many places so the large purse was a better bet. I purchased black so it would be unassuming, match with anything, and my husband could wear it if he wanted, but he didnt.
The only issue with it is the stitching on an internal card pocket/slot started to rip on day 6 of the trip since I used it for change. Not a big deal to me- only a minor inconvenience.
The purchase was definitely worth it for our traveling and I cant wait to use it again.
