After using this bag for 2 months of average /gentle use (4 days per week to/from home and office), noticed underside of one of the straps is peeling. Very disappointed!! Thinking of going back to Coach and Kate Spade bags which have been durable. I purchased the Heshe bag by chance while shopping for my kids and went for it when I saw all the good reviews.

Overall very happy with purchase. Liner quality is above average and equivalent to the Coach bags I own. Only negative is the cross body strap is too long (I am 5'4" thin build). Product would be improved by "finishing" the exterior zipper.
Lens change out is tight, but pretty quick once you get use to it. This 2.0 version seems lighter then the last version which is nice too. Seem to resist fogging pretty well and keep the wind out of eyes when biking nicely. Very stable and secure when running on the trails.
