This 2CT moissanite ring in 10K white gold is just gorgeous. Its just as lovely as the 2 CT moissanite ring set in 14k yellow gold that I bought at JC Penney in 2010, and this ring was a third of the price of the other one. I have worn and loved my original moissanite for nine years now. Moissanite is almost as durable as a diamond, and it is even brighter and more sparkly. In addition, moissanite is far more practical than CZs, because moissanite never gets hazy or cloudy, nor does it scratch. In fact, my moissanites are much prettier than my diamond ring, which I plan to give to my daughter-in-law. Although I earned my masters degree in 2010, I never got a class ring until recently. I was so happy to find one in sterling that was good looking and inexpensive, but I didnt want to wear the moissanite that is set in yellow gold with it, nor did I want to remount the stone. Instead, I bought this terrific ring for less than it would have cost me to remount the other ring. Another nice feature of this ring is that the mounting is more secure than the traditional Tiffany-type. The six prongs hold the stone more securely, and the arches on the sides protect the mounting and make it firmer. I got the simplest ring I could find and will eventually add a guard ring of some sort. For now, its just perfect--and perfectly beautiful. As a former jewelry store manager, I can only say it is impossible with the naked eye to tell this from a real diamond.
The green is very subtle, I was afraid it would be pronounced, it almost looks black to be honest.
Gets stuck on my scarves and accessory lol
